For a few days (at least since last Saturday) regular unleaded gas at the Safeway in Natomas sat at $3.91, after going as high as $4.22. I was hoping it would continue to drop, but today I noticed it had gone back up. Just 4 cents…but hey, every penny counts! Ugh!
