Kings Cousins breaks silence, doesn't win any fans

SACRAMENTO, CA - Sacramento Kings center DeMarcus Cousins broke his silence following his suspension by speaking with reporters after practice Thursday ... barely.

Cousins seemed flippant and angry throughout the brief three- minute interview with several area reporters. When I asked him if he was, in fact, angry, Cousins rolled his eyes and responded, "Next question."

Cousins was suspended indefinitely by the Kings following what was described as a heated exchange with head coach Keith Smart during halftime of the Kings loss in Los Angeles against the Clippers Dec. 21.

Cousins was reinstated on Christmas Eve, but wasn't allowed to travel with the team when the Kings played the Portland Trailblazers on Dec. 26.
