Crime

SACRAMENTO - Police arrested a man who reportedly used a camera to peer up an unsuspecting woman's skirt at Fry's Electronics.

According to the Sacramento Police activity log, a store security employee saw Eric Carson Anderson, 28, taking advantage of the woman's inattention while she was facing a display at the Fry's store at 4100 Northgate Boulevard on Tuesday afternoon.

The employee called police, who arrested Anderson on a Peeping Tom charge.

California law prohibits the use of camcorders or photographic equipment to secretly photograph or record another person under or through the clothing to satisfy lust or sexual desire.

Sacramento County Jail booking records show Anderson was released from custody on Wednesday.
