SACRAMENTO - A Natomas man was arrested Sunday after police say he accidentally injured his daughter in the midst of a heated argument with his wife.
Sacramento police officers were called to the 1300 block of Helmsman Way in Natomas at 6:42 p.m. in response to a report of a child who was injured by her father, according to police reports.
According to the Sacramento Police Dept., officers arrived at the scene ,and after speaking with Earven Hunter, 53, and his wife, determined the couple's 3-year-old daughter was inadvertently hit with a bicycle thrown by Hunter during an argument with his wife.
Hunter was arrested for felony child endangerment, said police.
The girl sustained minor injuries.
Police did not indicate what type of bike was thrown.
